Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the 999pub website at 999pub.co, all associated subdomains, the mobile-optimized browser experience, and any future applications or interfaces operated by 999pub.
• "Account" refers to the registered member account created by a User upon successful completion of the 999pub registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Member's Account, excluding bonus credits unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, match bonuses, free bet credits, and any other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's Account by 999pub.
• "Wager" refers to any real-money or bonus-funded bet placed on any game, live table, or sports market available through the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and 999pub's internal compliance procedures.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national government authority responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines under Republic Act No. 9487.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory where access to or use of online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing the 999pub Platform in any capacity — including as an unregistered visitor, a registered Member, or a VIP member — you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

Your continued use of the 999pub Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 999pub will post a prominent notice on the Platform when material changes are made and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an Account at 999pub, you must at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be physically located in the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law at the time of each gaming session;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of 999pub or any of its affiliated game providers;
• Not currently be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 999pub or PAGCOR;
• Not have a previously closed or terminated 999pub account due to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms;
• Have full legal capacity under Philippine law to enter into binding agreements.

3.2 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number, create a secure password, and complete the OTP (one-time password) verification sent to your registered number. 999pub requires the completion of KYC verification — submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilHealth ID) — before any withdrawal can be processed.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles 999pub to immediately close your Account and forfeit any balance therein.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active 999pub Account at any time. Creating or operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes multi-accounting, which is classified as prohibited conduct under Section 8 of these Terms. 999pub employs technical and manual monitoring systems to detect multi-accounting. Upon detection, all associated Accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 999pub login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received via SMS. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 999pub strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact 999pub support immediately. 999pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.2 Account Verification

999pub reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to request documentary verification of any information provided during registration or in connection with any transaction. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 999pub reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive Account balances as specified in the current fee schedule, which is available upon request from 999pub support. Members will be notified by SMS or registered contact method before any fee is applied.

5.1 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers at 999pub are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 999pub does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposit made through a foreign-currency payment method will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, minus any applicable conversion fees charged by the payment provider.

5.2 Deposits

999pub accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, and selected over-the-counter payment channels including 7-Eleven and M Lhuillier. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposit limits may be adjusted by the Member through the responsible gaming settings in the Account dashboard.

Deposits credited to your Account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmed receipt by 999pub's payment processor. 999pub does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all funding must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own verified name.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified for a specific payment method. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 999pub Account.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya — under 10 minutes during normal operating hours; BPI, BDO, Metrobank — 1 to 3 business hours; UnionBank and Landbank — 3 to 6 business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.

5.4 Transaction Limits

999pub reserves the right to impose transaction limits on deposits and withdrawals in compliance with applicable PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Members who reach specified transaction thresholds may be required to provide additional source-of-funds documentation before further transactions are processed.

999pub offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the following general provisions applicable to all 999pub Promotions:

• Promotions are available to eligible 999pub Members only and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged;
• Bonus Funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn;
• 999pub reserves the right to modify the wagering requirements, qualifying games, minimum odds, and expiry periods of any Promotion at any time with reasonable notice to Members;
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly allow for concurrent bonuses;
• Promotions are intended for recreational players — systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting across platforms, and collusive play, is classified as bonus abuse and prohibited under Section 8;
• 999pub reserves the right to withdraw any Promotion, cancel any related bonus credits, and close the Account of any Member found to be abusing Promotions, with or without prior notice.

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 999pub Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the Member's responsibility to read and understand the applicable game rules before placing any wager. In the event of any inconsistency between the general provisions of these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules prevail with respect to that game.

7.2 Game Integrity

All games on the 999pub Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology verified by independent third-party testing laboratories and compliant with PAGCOR technical standards. Game outcomes are generated independently of any human intervention and cannot be influenced by 999pub, game providers, or any external party.

7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a manifest technical error, software malfunction, or system failure that affects a game round or transaction, 999pub reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and refund the applicable stake(s) to the Member's Balance. "Manifest error" includes but is not limited to: incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a system error, connection failures mid-game that result in an unclear game state, and any game round that cannot be completed due to a technical fault on 999pub's end.

999pub shall not be liable for losses arising from a Member's own hardware failure, internet disconnection, or device issues that affect a game session in progress. Members are advised to maintain a stable internet connection before placing live bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999pub Platform. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may result in referral to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or the provision of false identity documents to 999pub or its verification partners;
• Money laundering or any transaction intended to conceal or disguise the origin of funds;
• Use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Exploitation of software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes in any game or system to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, including collusive play at live dealer tables or in any poker environment;
• Multi-accounting — operating or benefiting from more than one 999pub Account, regardless of the name or payment details used;
• Bonus abuse as defined in Section 6;
• Chip dumping or any form of deliberate loss of funds to another player for the purpose of transferring value between Accounts;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to circumvent geographical restrictions;
• Any activity that disrupts the experience of other Members, including harassment of other players or 999pub staff.

All content on the 999pub Platform — including but not limited to the 999pub brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, user interface design, software code, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 999pub or its licensed providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 999pub content without prior written authorization from 999pub.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 999pub's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member to their 999pub Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether 999pub has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

999pub collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 999pub.co/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and 999pub.

By registering an Account at 999pub, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, and improvement of the Platform.

999pub is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Members and the broader Filipino gaming community. 999pub recognizes that problem gambling is a real risk and provides a comprehensive set of tools designed to help Members maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account dashboard. Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Members may set a maximum session duration, after which a notification will prompt them to take a break;
• Reality Checks: Automated notifications can be configured to remind Members of the amount of time elapsed and the net result of their current session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may voluntarily lock their Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent;
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently or temporarily exclude themselves from 999pub may submit a self-exclusion request through the Account dashboard or by contacting 999pub support. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the specified exclusion period.

999pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For material changes — such as modifications to eligibility requirements, fee structures, or Member rights — 999pub will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered contact information on your Account and by posting the updated Terms on the Platform.

For minor or administrative changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by regulatory changes — 999pub may update the Terms with immediate effect and will update the "Last Updated" date accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact 999pub support to close your Account.

14.1 Closure by Member

Members may request closure of their 999pub Account at any time by contacting 999pub customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, 999pub will process any pending withdrawal of verified real-money Balance within the standard withdrawal timelines. Accounts closed voluntarily cannot be reopened for a period of 30 days from the closure date.

14.2 Closure by 999pub

999pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide KYC documentation, regulatory requirement, or conduct that 999pub reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.

In cases of Account closure due to prohibited conduct, fraud, or Terms violation, 999pub reserves the right to forfeit the entire Balance — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — and to withhold payment of any winnings generated through the prohibited activity.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled by the internal dispute resolution process described below.

In the event of a dispute, Members are requested to first contact 999pub's customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct support, Members may escalate the matter to 999pub's compliance team. If resolution is still not achieved, the Member may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulatory procedures.
